Job Summary:

As an HR Manager you will manage all HR related functions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’s goals and enhance employee performance, satisfaction, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
  • Create and manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and training initiatives.

Senior Executive or Executive - Flight Operations Support

Job Summary
Senior Executive / Executive – Flight Operations Support will assist Customer Organization and associated stakeholders to facilitate safe and efficient flight operations. This role involves coordinating with customer organization for flight schedules and all flight operational support functions adhering to applicable regulations as well as customer’s policy, processes and procedure. Members in this position will perform duties under supervision of Manager Flight Operations Support

Responsibilities

  • NOTAM Monitoring & Analysis
    Collect, Monitor, Review and Analyse NOTAMs to support flight operations.
  • Weather Monitoring & Analysis
    Obtain, Monitor, Interpret and Analyse meteorological data & weather conditions to support Advance assessment, Pre-flight planning and in-flight monitoring.
  • Route Planning
    – Create, analyse and optimize flight routes, ensuring safety, compliance and customer’s policy
    – Coordinate with air navigation service providers for necessary permission.
  • Operational Flight Planning
    – Assist in Operational Flight Planning that cover intended route, fuel requirements, altitude profiles, aircraft performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    ₋ Ensure necessary coordination for weight & balance calculations and aircraft performance data.
  • Overflying Analysis / Permission
    – Assist overflight analysis and coordinate for necessary permissions from aviation authorities for overflying different airspaces.
    ₋ Monitor airspace restrictions and associated changes.
  • Flight Following, Flight Monitoring & Flight Watch
    – Assist monitoring flight progress, adherence to planned routes and deviations, if any.
    ₋ Coordinate with all stakeholders to provide real-time operational support to flight crew during abnormal or emergency situations.
  • Aircraft Delivery, Re-delivery
    – Support aircraft delivery / re-delivery process, including planning ferry flights, managing necessary documentation and coordination with internal & external stakeholder as required.
  • Technical Documentation
    – Coordinate and periodically update technical documentation as appropriate
    – Support in technical documentation content management

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in Flight Operations work environment either in Airlines, General Aviation, ATC, Airports or a related role in the aviation industry.
  • Suitable knowledge of aviation regulations, Weather, NOTAM and Operational Flight Planning
  • Familiarity with Flight Dispatch, OCC, Crew Scheduling work
  • Exposure to Flight Planning & Crew Scheduling software tools will be advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple flights simultaneously, and resolve issues in real-time.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and Science, Aviation, Aeronautics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant aviation-related certifications or training will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience required.

Work Environment

  • This role may require shift work to ensure 24/7 operations
